This website is an unofficial, non-commercial, community-run fan archive. We do not host, store, stream or transmit any video files. All links on this site point to third-party platforms that are outside our control. We operate under the principles of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) safe-harbour provisions for information location tools / linking sites.

2. How to File a Takedown Notice

If you are the copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and believe that a specific link on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information to the contact address listed on our Contact Us page:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material (the specific URL on this site) that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing link(s).
• Notify the user / poster if applicable.
• Keep a record of the notice.

We aim to process valid notices within 48–72 hours of receipt.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe a link was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located (or any judicial district if outside the USA), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to permanently remove content and, where applicable, block users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
